Service Agreement & Usage Policy

General Agreement

Welcome to IT Mart Solutions. By purchasing our products (Digital Subscriptions, Software, or Hardware) or using our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms. These terms protect both you (the client) and us (the provider).

Digital Products & Subscriptions Policy

Since we provide official access to digital tools (e.g., LinkedIn Premium, Canva Pro, AI Tools), the following strict rules apply:

  • No Refund After Activation: Once a license key is delivered or a subscription is activated on your account, it cannot be returned or refunded.
  • Validity Guarantee: We guarantee the validity of the subscription for the purchased period (e.g., 1 Month, 1 Year) under normal usage.
  • Third-Party Rules: We resell services from global platforms (e.g., Microsoft, Adobe). If a user violates the official terms of those platforms (e.g., sharing accounts illegally) and gets banned, IT Mart Solutions will not be responsible.

Hardware Warranty Policy

For physical products (Laptops, Servers, Accessories), warranty claims are subject to the manufacturer's policy.

  • Warranties cover manufacturing defects only.
  • Physical damage, burn, or water damage is not covered under warranty.
  • Warranty services may take 7-21 working days depending on the brand's service center availability.

Payment & Delivery

As a corporate provider, we follow a transparent payment process:

  • Digital Goods: 100% advance payment is required via Bkash, Nagad, or Bank Transfer before delivery.
  • Hardware/Services: Payment terms will be discussed based on the order volume.
  • Delivery Time: Digital products are delivered within 10-60 minutes. Hardware delivery depends on courier services (Pathao/Steadfast/Courier).

Limitation of Liability

IT Mart Solutions acts as a solution provider and reseller. We are not the developer of the software (e.g., Adobe/LinkedIn). We are not liable for any data loss or business interruption caused by software updates or third-party server downtimes.
